Would You Eat This?

We're all about food and interesting new ways to 
enjoy it here at the Blog of the UW MSTP. Recently, 
Chef Dan Barber has been experimenting with way to 
bring high class cooking to people using food products that
would otherwise have gone to compost, or worse, to waste. 
Check out this collaboration between NPR news and 
PBS News Hour to learn a little more about his methods.
