Would You Eat This?
We're all about food and interesting new ways to
enjoy it here at the Blog of the UW MSTP. Recently,
Chef Dan Barber has been experimenting with way to
bring high class cooking to people using food products that
would otherwise have gone to compost, or worse, to waste.

Prince Rupert's Drops: Not a Medical Eponym, but Still Pretty Cool Science!
Prince Rupert's drops are a particular type of glass sculpture
with some interesting properties that make them
incredible strong and incredibly fragile at the same time.
